Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026.

FiberCrave ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use fibercrave.com and what we do with it. The short version: we don't ask you to create an account, and we don't sell your personal information.

Information we collect

  • Usage data: pages you visit, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which content is useful.
  • Calculator inputs: the numbers you enter into the fiber calculator (age, sex, weight, calories) are processed in your browser to show your result. We do not store them on our servers or tie them to your identity.
  • Contact emails: if you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
  • Cookies: we use a small number of cookies for basic functionality (such as remembering your cookie-consent choice) and, if enabled, analytics and advertising cookies from third parties (see below).

Third parties

  • Cloudflare: our site sits behind Cloudflare for security and performance. Cloudflare may process your IP address to protect the site from abuse.
  • Google Analytics / Google AdSense: we may use Google's analytics and advertising services, which use cookies to measure traffic and show ads. Google's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google's Ads Settings.
  • Affiliate partners: when you click a product link (e.g., Amazon), the retailer may set cookies to attribute the referral. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing of your personal data. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" of personal information (we don't sell it). To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

Children

FiberCrave is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and significant changes will be noted here.
